Born from a lifelong obsession with fire-kissed flavors and seasonal ingredients, Ember & Ash opened its doors in 2015 with a single conviction: that great food is a form of art. Every dish we serve is a conversation between tradition and innovation.

Our kitchen sources exclusively from local farms and artisan producers. Nothing frozen, nothing rushed. We believe the best meals are those that feel inevitable — as if they could only ever have been made exactly this way.
